Who we are
Our Company was started in 1966 and has been serving all of Iowa, Eastern Nebraska, Norther Missouri, Southern Minnesota and Southeast South Dakota ever since. We are a small family owned business based in small town Fairfield, Iowa. Our staff includes both former insurance claims appraisers, as well as body and mechanical technicians, and parts specialists. All of our appraisers have received I-Car Training and we strive to keep our staff educated on current and new industry standards and procedures in collision repair. We have appraisers on staff that are experienced in restoration, building of street rods and custom cars, avid Boaters, Campers, and Snowmobiles. Being active in many different activities helps us to continue to provide our clients with the most accurate damage appraisals on those specialty types of claims.
We realize how important excellent claims service is in this fast-paced society, and knowing our service to you is a direct reflection of your service to your customer, we work hard to provide our clients with economical, fair, and prompt service..
We have multiple estimating systems at our fingertips to provide the most accurate physical damage estimates. The estimating systems include CCC Pathways, Mitchell Ultramate, AdjustRite, and Mitchell Truck Est. Having multiple estimating systems allows us to complete our estimates using the most current industry software.
As we work for many different insurance carriers, and there are many ways that companies like things done, we can tailor our appraisals to each carrier’s specific guidelines. We have current and original equipment parts pricing at our fingertips. We also have the ability to obtain current pricing from aftermarket and recycled vendors.
IADA can provide accurate values on all of the above. We have subscriptions to many guide books and have many reference sources that assist us in determining the value, be it pre-loss or after a loss has occurred.

In 2025, IADA joined the EverRose family, following Arrow Claim Services and AEA Appraisals in 2024. Together, we proudly provide comprehensive claims adjusting services to public entity pools and carriers throughout the Midwest.
